Brand Mini Session Giveaway

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to participants who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are legally able to participate.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The winner must be able to travel to a Sponsor-selected location in the Charlotte, North Carolina area at the winner’s own expense.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins onSeptember 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time and ends on September 18, 2026 at 12:00am Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must complete and submit the official registration form during the Giveaway Period.
The registration form requires the participant’s:
• First and last name
• Business email address
• Business or organization name
• Acceptance of the required registration acknowledgment
Limit one entry per person. Automated, incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
No purchase is required. Participants may unsubscribe from future promotional emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry or affect the chances of winning.
Prize
One winner will receive:
One 20-minute outdoor Personal Brand Mini Session with one look (outfit of winner’s choice)
A Charlotte-area location selected by the Sponsor
Five professionally edited digital images selected and prepared by the Sponsor
The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
The prize does not include transportation, parking, hair and makeup, wardrobe, prints, additional photographs, location fees, or other expenses unless expressly stated by the Sponsor.
The winner may have the option to purchase additional products or services, but no additional purchase is required to receive the stated prize.
Session Conditions
The session must be booked and completed within one week from the moment the winner is announced.
The session date is subject to the Sponsor’s availability, weather, location access, and other reasonable scheduling considerations. The Sponsor may reschedule the session because of unsafe weather, illness, emergency, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The winner must sign the Sponsor’s standard photography service agreement before the session. The five final images will be selected and professionally edited according to the Sponsor’s artistic judgment.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, substituted, sold, or combined with another offer. If the winner does not schedule or complete the session by the stated deadline, the prize may be forfeited.
Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing is expected to take place on September 18th, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the notification is sent.
If the potential winner:
• Cannot be contacted
• Does not respond within the required period
• Is ineligible
• Declines the prize
• Does not complete required documentation
• Cannot comply with these Official Rules
the prize may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
The potential winner is not the confirmed winner until eligibility has been verified and all required conditions have been satisfied.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Taxes
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
General Conditions
By entering, each participant agrees to:
• Comply with these Official Rules
• Accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final concerning the Giveaway
• Provide accurate registration information
• Release the Sponsor and its representatives from claims arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, misconduct, rule violations, or interference with the administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway cannot be administered as planned because of technical failure, fraud, emergency, cancellation of the associated event, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
Privacy and Email Communications
Information submitted through the registration form will be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Participants may receive emails concerning registration, the complimentary Visibility & Content Review, giveaway administration, visibility and content guidance, and relevant services.
Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not cancel an otherwise valid giveaway entry.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted entries
• Technical failures affecting the website, form, email delivery, or registration
• Incorrect information caused by a participant or technical error
• Injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Social Media and Event Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, or any other platform on which it may be mentioned.
By entering, participants release those organizations and platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to the Giveaway will be handled in the appropriate court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
